1. Call For Assistance
We will tow your car to the nearest Panel Workshop or nearest authorised franchise workshop.
3. Lodge Police Report
Lodge a report within 24 hours nearest police station. Late reporting can result in a fine.
5. Send your car to a Panel Workshop
Ask insurance company for the list of panel workshop. For own damage, your company insurance will appoint adjuster to assess the damage. Please co-operate with adjuster.
2. GET EVIDENCE
Take a note the place, and time accident. Take photo of accident scene and damage to the vehicle involve. Exchange information with the party : • Driving license number • Contact number & address • Vehicle Model • Insurance company
4. Notify Your Insurance Company
Notify within 7 days of the accident. Submit your claim as soon as possible
